Precise Pressure Control and Stable Output
The XP100 hydraulic wrench pump is equipped with a high-precision pressure regulation system, which can achieve stable output within the range of 70MPa, ensuring precise control of the bolt torque. Its pressure fluctuation is minimal, avoiding connection quality problems caused by unstable pressure. It is suitable for scenarios with extremely high precision requirements, such as in the wind power and chemical industries.
Multi-gear Flow Matching for Efficient Operation
It is equipped with three flow adjustment gears: high, medium, and low (high pressure: 0.85L/min; medium pressure: 1.8L/min), taking both efficiency and precision into account. Use the large flow rate during the idle stroke to increase the speed, and switch to the small flow rate for fine control when approaching the target torque, significantly shortening the operation time. It is especially suitable for batch bolt tightening tasks.
Intelligent Safety and Convenient Operation
It has built-in overpressure protection, motor overload protection, and an intelligent heat dissipation system (the fan starts automatically at 35℃), ensuring the long-term stable operation of the equipment. It is standardly equipped with an ergonomic remote control handle, supporting long-distance operation. With automatic pressure relief and reciprocating working modes, it greatly reduces labor intensity and improves construction safety.
